I would recommend RPM to friends and family or anyone looking for a fair and ethical company. We... read more have fleas outside; stray cats; a mouse drowned on my patio.. so obviously the cats aren’t eating the mice... 🙄 we have spider infested bushes; I’ve found two black widows outside my doors in the same week, they don’t spray for those! The gutters are clogged... yeah so... this place is Way better! Do Not. Rent. From. Evergreen!! Rent from grants pass property management!
