Ive lived in my apartment going on 4 yrs now,since they have taken it over, things are getting done! Since I live upstairs, I asked,when we had lots of snow on steps and landing if they could bring rock salt out and put on steps and landing so I could come and go ,without falling, and within 10 mins they were here! I was very excited to get back almost all of it because I kept the... read more place in good shape. 221 was my first experience renting from a property management company and not a private renter and it was a really good experience. They weren’t intrusive at all, they responded to maintenance requests usually same day, and they only ever bugged me to let me know when maintenance was coming to do work on the property. Karen was very helpful and patient with me as I was unfamiliar with the process and she helped make a very stressful situation a lot easier. I would definitely recommend them over other property management places if you are younger. I’m only 20 and this was the only place that would let me rent from them without having a co signer that owned property.
