They weren’t intrusive at all, they responded to maintenance requests usually same day, and they only ever bugged me to let me know when maintenance was coming to do work on the property. Karen was very helpful and patient with me as I was unfamiliar with the process and she helped make a very stressful situation a lot easier. I would definitely recommend them over other property management places if you are younger. I’m only 20 and this was the only place that would let me rent from them without having a co signer that owned property.
