I am able to depend of the expertise of the staff and owner of 221 to manage my properties without a doubt or concern. I believe that the reason that we have such a low turnover is due to the management of 221 Property Services. "Fair, firm and Friendly" is how I see them. I was very excited to get back almost all of it because I kept the... read more place in good shape. 221 was my first experience renting from a property management company and not a private renter and it was a really good experience. They weren’t intrusive at all, they responded to maintenance requests usually same day, and they only ever bugged me to let me know when maintenance was coming to do work on the property. Karen was very helpful and patient with me as I was unfamiliar with the process and she helped make a very stressful situation a lot easier. I would definitely recommend them over other property management places if you are younger. I’m only 20 and this was the only place that would let me rent from them without having a co signer that owned property.
