I have an MBA in Finance and Marketing from California State University, East Bay. My undergraduate degree was from UCLA. My past experience includes a 35 year career with Fortune 100 companies in Marketing, Sales Administration and Finance. I am a licensed pilot with private & commercial ratings with 40+ years of aviation experience. Currently flying the 2-seat airplane I completed building in 2012.

I enjoy the many outdoor activities available in and around the Rogue Valley: boating, flying, soaring, hiking, mountain biking, road biking white water rafting and snow skiing.

When I first visited the Rogue and Applegate Valleys in 1982, I was so impressed by what I saw I decided right then that I wanted to retire here. Twenty years later I bought a home in Ashland!

The Rogue Valley has everything on my retirement checklist: Great restaurants and cultural activities, tons of outdoor recreation choices, fantastic wineries, good medical care, great weather, beautiful scenery and it’s all relatively close to major cities and great beaches.

I have been a real estate investor for 30+ years and have continuously owned residential real estate properties in several states during those years. I am familiar with many of the issues investors face in acquiring and maintaining residential rental properties: everything from cash flow analysis to the details of a 1031 Exchange.
